See, here's my thought, which I voiced at a dinner a couple of years ago with a
bunch of NASA/JPL types....

"You guys are always fighting to get money and budgets approved.  But if you
said, 'We don't know what it is...I mean, it's PROBABLY not a face, but maybe
it IS a face, we should go and check it out just in case,' you'd get all the
money you'd ever want."
